Charlie Puth will take his upcoming album Whatever’s Clever! on the road this year, announcing a nearly 50-date arena tour on January 12 with a deliberately unserious FaceTime reveal that quickly made the rounds online.
The Whatever’s Clever! World Tour supports his fourth studio album, due March 6, and signals one of the most wide-reaching touring cycles of his career so far.
The tour launches April 22 in San Diego before crossing major U.S. markets throughout spring, including a May 29 stop at New York’s Madison Square Garden. European dates follow in July, with the run closing later that month in Warsaw. Artist presales open January 14 at 10 a.m. local time, ahead of a general ticket sales scheduled for January 16.
The announcement may have leaned on humor, but the tour itself is firmly positioned around new material. Whatever’s Clever! arrives after a stretch of quieter recalibration for Charlie Puth, with recent singles pointing toward a more inward-looking, self-aware songwriting approach.

Support on select North American dates will come from Daniel Seavey and pop-soul band Lawrence, while Ally Salort is set to open across the run. The lineup reflects a clear musical throughline, favoring vocal-driven pop and live-band sensibilities over spectacle-heavy staging.
