The new teaser for the third season of AMC’s Interview with the Vampire spinoff shows Lestat embracing his rockstar persona.
The teaser reveals actor Sam Reid in character as Lestat de Lioncourt, putting on a dazzling performance underpinned by his bold line, “I’m a rockstar now… I am everywhere.”
Season three for the series – officially The Vampire Lestat – which will adapt Anne Rice’s second novel in The Vampire Chronicles series is set to take us through Lestat’s journey including his rise to international fame as a rock musician.
The promo shifts from shadowy urban settings to Lestat’s extravagant presence, showcasing a glimpse of the expansive narrative we can expect.
In addition to Sam Reid, Assad Zaman and Delainey Hayles will be reprising their roles as Armand and Bailey Bass respectively. New cast members have been announced to essay characters like Lestat’s mother Gabrielle (Jennifer Ehle) and the Talamasca members Marius (Christopher Heyerdahl) and Magnus (Damien Atkins).
Season three of Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat is set to premiere in 2026 on AMC and AMC+.
