Hollywood megastar Sir Patrick Stewart has passed way on Wednesday, October 28, at the age of 86. Our third and final submission in the ‘Living With It’ series for World Mental Health Month, comes from award winning writer, socially engaged artist and author of participatory poetry collection Natural Wonder Ruthie Collins who writes about how connecting to nature can help our mental health inspired by her interactive project Grow Happy. Aspiring writer and poet Melanie Lobo pens our first guest essay for World Mental Health Month around the theme “Living With It.” Lyrical Muse is excited to announce our next workshop, Keeping Up With Monologues, led by poet,author and theatre artist S. Sree Navya.
