Lyrical Muse is proud to present ‘Warnings, Not Heeded’ our Halloween special anthology. Chennai-based Sound Healing and Holistic Wellness Facilitator Gayathri Selvarasan is our Monthly Muse for October. Hollywood megastar Sir Patrick Stewart has passed way on Wednesday, October 28, at the age of 86. Our third and final submission in the ‘Living With It’ series for World Mental Health Month, comes from award winning writer, socially engaged artist and author of participatory poetry collection Natural Wonder Ruthie Collins who writes about how connecting to nature can help our mental health inspired by her interactive project Grow Happy. The second essay in our World Mental Health Month series comes from clinical psychologist @gayathri_arun09 who explores healing in the aftermath of almost losing a loved one.
