Albert Eno explores connections that remain precious on new album 'II'

Folk-rock singer-songwriter Albert Eno introduces his brand-new solo performance with latest album II, a 10-track collection built on dreamy vibes and heartfelt storytelling.

Capturing persistence and how connections endure changing shapes and growing distances, the album strikes an intricate balance between fragility and intensity, wrapped in intimate acoustic textures and electric sounds.

From ethereal notes of opener “Reflection,” and the gentle, stripped-back strums of haunting offering “Forgotten,” to the whispered, slow built vocal delivery of “The Girl On The Terrace,” and the lush soothing arrangement of closing track “Lullaby,” each track encapsulates precious bonds that still remain even if they become harder to see.

Deeply intimate yet expansive as it offers space for each of us to find our own stories within the textured sonics, II is shaped as a delicate exploration between closeness and separation, rooted in emotion, catharsis and genuine connection.

Speaking of the track, Eno says, ” I hope II makes people feel a little less alone in the things they struggle to put into words. We all carry connections that change us, even when distance grows or people are no longer part of our everyday lives. I don’t want to give answers, but to create a space where people can recognize a piece of their own story, find comfort in a melody, or simply feel understood.”

The former voice of alt-rock band Kismet, Albert Eno’s magnetic voice and his grunge soul soundscape crafts an immersive musical experience that’s as visceral as it is comforting as he unfurls the contradictions of humanity with honesty and understanding.
