Louis Tomlinson has unveiled a worldwide slate of album listening parties for How Did I Get Here?, offering fans an early, communal first listen just hours before the record’s official release.

The events are scheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2026, taking place across independent record stores and select venues around the globe.

Scheduled a day ahead of the album’s January 23 release, the listening parties span Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, and Australia, highlighting Tomlinson’s steady international reach.

Cities include Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome, Madrid, Stockholm, London, Liverpool, Toronto, Vancouver, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Tokyo, Sydney, and multiple Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

Organizers have yet to disclose several Latin American locations, building anticipation around the album’s global rollout. Some venues are also offering free merchandise or prize draws linked to upcoming tour dates.

While Tomlinson will not attend the sessions himself, the focus remains firmly on his new music. Fans will hear the album in full, with physical formats arriving the following day, including CD, deluxe CD editions, standard clear vinyl, and indie-exclusive marble vinyl variants.

How Did I Get Here? marks Tomlinson’s third studio album and follows 2022’s Faith in the Future. Recorded between England, Los Angeles and Costa Rica, the project reflects a lighter, more open tone, first hinted at through cryptic posters and singles like “Lemonade” and “Palaces.”

Louis Tomlinson will take the album on the road with the How Did We Get Here? world arena tour, set to begin in March 2026. As listening parties return to the heart of music culture, Tomlinson’s approach places shared experience back at the center, reminding fans why albums still matter beyond the algorithm.
