2025 MAMA Awards: All the winners from Day 2 in Hong Kong

G-Dragon, aespa, and Stray Kids led the 2025 MAMA Awards Day 2 winners as the ceremony continued in Hong Kong with a revised format following the city’s recent tragedy.

The second night of the 2025 MAMA Awards in Hong Kong unfolded under a scaled-back format, but the awards themselves delivered no shortage of headline moments. With the city still mourning the deadly Tai Po apartment fire, the ceremony maintained a restrained tone while spotlighting major wins—led by G-Dragon’s continued sweep across top categories.

The ceremony, held November 29 at Kai Tak Stadium, moved forward under significant adjustments. Organisers scrapped the red carpet for both nights and cancelled several collaborative stages, including the highly-anticipated Saja Boys performance tied to Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters. Agencies for BOYNEXTDOOR, TWS, RIIZE, and ZEROBASEONE confirmed their artists withdrew in adherence to the scaled-down plan. Performers and nominees also pledged donations toward fire-related relief efforts, according to Associated Press reporting.

Still, the music remained the focus. G-Dragon, who returned to the MAMA stage with “Too Bad” performance, featuring Anderson .Paak, anchored his wins for Best Dance Performance – Male Solo and Best Male Artist, building on his historic Artist of the Year win from Day 1. Aespa maintained their multi-category sweep with Best Choreography and Best Dance Performance – Female for “Whiplash,” while briefly reiterating their plans to release their second full-length album in 2026.

Stray Kids’ KARMA, already sweeping headlines after their emotional Daesang acceptance on Day 1, was confirmed again as Album of the Year, rounding out the group’s major recognition this season.
