Blue set to release new album ‘Reflections’ in January 2026

British pop mainstays Blue have announced their first new studio album in nearly four years, with Reflections set to arrive on January 9, 2026.

The record, fronted by lead single One Last Time, will mark the band’s latest chapter as they celebrate a career that has spanned more than two decades. A world tour is also on the horizon, kicking off with Asian dates in late 2025 before an extensive UK run in April 2026.

The four-piece — Simon Webbe, Duncan James, Antony Costa and Lee Ryan — have long cemented their legacy as one of the UK’s most successful pop groups of the 21st century. Their chart-topping run includes hits such as “All Rise”, “One Love” and three No. 1 singles: “Too Close”, “If You Come Back” and their Elton John duet “Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word”. With three consecutive No. 1 albums, 12x Platinum certifications in the UK alone, and two BRIT Awards, Blue remain one of pop’s most enduring acts.

Now, the band are pivoting toward a new sound. The first taste of Reflections arrives with “One Last Time”, a soaring pop-rock track co-written by Duncan James and Paul Visser. Balancing grief and resilience, the single captures the mix of nostalgia and renewal Blue are aiming to channel with the new record.

Duncan explained the inspiration behind the song:

“‘One Last Time’ is a song I wrote last year after the death of a really good friend of mine. It hit me hard and I wrote this in the aftermath of it all. But I didn’t want it to sound like a sad song, so we came up with this, which is a different kind of a sound for Blue – It has a rockier feel but still retains all the classic elements of a Blue song. We have had a lot of strong reactions to it – as anyone who has lost anyone can relate – and wish they could see that person for ‘One Last Time’.”

Reflections is available now to pre-order via the band’s official store, with exclusive CDs and coloured vinyl options at HMV and Amazon. Fans who pre-order through Blue’s website will receive early access to tour tickets ahead of the general sale, which begins Friday, September 12.

The upcoming tour underscores the group’s ongoing international reach. Blue will play across Asia in November 2025 with shows in Taipei, Shanghai, Manila, Bangkok, Singapore and Jakarta. Their UK leg follows in April 2026, including two nights at London’s Eventim Apollo Hammersmith, before continuing into Europe in May with stops in Berlin, Vienna, Brussels and beyond.

Even after 25 years, the numbers remain striking: “All Rise” and “One Love” have each surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify, while their TikTok resurgence and 3.75 million monthly Spotify listeners confirm a new wave of fans alongside long-time followers. Reflections looks set to build on that momentum, bridging the classic hooks that defined their rise with a refreshed, rock-inflected edge.
