Fifth Harmony returned to the stage for the first time in seven years, reuniting in front of thousands at the Jonas Brothers’ JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown tour stop in Dallas on Sunday (Aug. 31).
The group—Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane—stepped out in coordinated all-black looks at the Dos Equis Pavilion to perform their 2015 smash “Worth It,” which climbed to No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. They later added “Work From Home,” their biggest hit to date, which peaked at No. 4 in 2016. The set was broadcast live via Samsung TV Plus.
“Y’all remember Fifth Harmony,” Normani told the roaring Texas crowd, while the group’s official Instagram followed up with a celebratory post: “Where were you on August 31, 2025? Thank you @jonasbrothers for having us. Felt amazing to be back 💖.” Ally Brooke echoed the sentiment in the comments: “That was special!”
The Jonas Brothers also marked the moment online, writing, “An honor to have our friends @fifthharmony up on stage tonight in Dallas on the Greetings From Your Hometown Tour.”
For fans, the appearance capped a day of mounting speculation. Hours before the show, the group’s dormant X account suddenly reactivated with “#FifthHarmonyFollowSpree,” its first activity since July 2018. Dinah Jane teased the comeback with her own Instagram caption: “The impossible is possible. Full of gratitude today.”
The reunion arrives after months of rumors, stoked in part by Ally Brooke and Dinah Jane, who hinted at a possible return during the 2024 Billboard Women in Music event. “We’ll see… we’re not sure,” Brooke said at the time, while Jane added, “Our music was very impactful at the time and I feel like it was kind of overlooked, to be honest. So now that it’s reviving again on its own it just shows our music speaks for itself.”
Absent from the Dallas stage was Camila Cabello, who exited the group in late 2016 to pursue her solo career. Cabello, who had a solo show in Sydney over the weekend, nevertheless acknowledged the moment, liking the reunion video on social media and commenting, “❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

Formed on The X Factor USA in 2012, Fifth Harmony became one of the most commercially successful girl groups of the 2010s, with platinum hits like “Worth It” and “Work From Home,” alongside three studio albums. They announced an indefinite hiatus in 2018, each pursuing individual projects.
Ally Brooke signaled as early as 2023 that the door was open: “We’re women now and we have grown so much and we have done our own thing, gone our own ways and gone our own path. And now we’re together in a different light. I’m trying to reunite with them, so I think some sort of reunion may happen.”
Sunday night’s comeback didn’t stop with the performance. Fifth Harmony unveiled a refreshed logo, launched a new WeVerse account, and rolled out reunion-themed merchandise on their revamped website, teasing that more news may be on the way.
Whether the Dallas appearance was a one-night-only celebration or the start of a larger chapter remains to be seen. For now, fans are reliving the group’s electric return to the stage—and speculating on what might follow.
