The girl group from K-pop Demon Hunter has just broken a Destiny’s Child record.

Animated K-pop band HUNTR/X from the Netflix hit series is dominating the Billboard Top 100 charts.

In another milestone, HUNTR/X has become the first girl-group – since Destiny’s Child’s “Bootylicious” in August 2001 – to have a song at No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart.

KPop Demon Hunters has gained global fame for its variety of songs, with the song “Golden” , making its way past Alex Warren’s “Ordinary” at No. 2 and Chappell Roan’s “The Subway” at No. 3 to dominate Billboard Hot 100.

Produced by Sony Animation, the show has become the talk of the town – attracting a world-wide audience for its mix of music and storytelling.

KPop Demon Hunters follows a demon-slaying three-member group featuring vocalists Rumi, Mira, and Zoey, who fight to rid the world of demons amidst personal ups and downs. Their catchy music has been voiced by artists EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI.
