The much-awaited trailer for season three of acclaimed HBO series Euphoria dropped on January 14 – and it looks as wild and chaotic as ever!
Zendaya returns in the new sneak peek as her character Rue Bennett is seen “a few years after high school.”
In her early twenties, working dead-end job and still mixed up in the drug trade, Rue’s life isn’t “exactly what I wished,” she says in the preview. Then unsettled debts comes knocking as Laurie, the unassuming middle aged white mom kingpin from season 2, reminds her its time to pay up. The teaser also offers a glimpse of Nate Jacobs ( Jacob Elordi ) and Cassie Howard’s (Sydney Sweeney) marriage.
In addition to other series regulars like Hunter Schafer, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, Martha Kelly, Chloe Cherry, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, and Toby Wallace, the new season will the return of guest stars such as Colman Domingo, Dominic Fike, Nika King, Alanna Ubach, and more.
An expansive list of new guest stars including Sharon Stone, Rosalía, Danielle Deadwyler, Marshawn Lynch, Natasha Lyonne, and Asante Blackk hint at a broader narrative and fresh storylines.
Created, written, directed, and executive produced by Sam Levinson, Euphoria which has remained one of HBO’s most popular shows marks a fresh chapter with their new season, bringing us striking new visuals and a mature plot rooted in the characters’ transition into adult life.
Season 3 of Euphoria returns April 12 after more than four years as fans share their excitement about the teaser and what’s to come from the new season.
