Ahaan Panday
Ahaan Panday took over the Internet with his debut on Mohit Suri‘s musical romantic drama Saiyaara. Immediately becoming the talk of the town for his chemistry with Aneet Padda, Panday won hearts everywhere for his performance, with the film also becoming a blockbuster earning approximately Rs 570 crore.
Kalyani Priyadarshan
Essaying the role of the first female superhero in India on Lokah, Kalyani Priyadarshan‘s powerful performance as Chandra established her acting prowess. The film – directed by Dominic Arun – not only marked a milestone in her career but has also made history as the highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time.
Vishal Jethwa
Vishal Jethwa‘s emotionally charged performance as Chandan Kumar Valmiki alongside Ishaan Khatter in Neeraj Ghaywan‘s Homebound was a true standout. Earning praise for his screen presence, Vishal has cemented his status as one the most promising young actors in Indian cinema, going on to win the Snow Leopard Best Actor Award at the Asian World Film Festival (AWFF).
Rukmini Vasanth
Rukmini Vasanth made a strong impression in her negative role as Princess Kanakavathi in Rishab Shetty‘s blockbuster film Kantara Chapter 1. A bold move that established her penchant for experimentation in her early career, Rukmini’s portrayal of a layered antagonist won her praise from fans and critics alike.
Akshaye Khanna
Making the comeback of all comebacks, Akshaye Khanna won 2025 twice with his alluring performances in Chhaava and Dhurandhar. Kicking off the year with his portrayal of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in the former, Khanna topped off the year by going viral for his performance – and improvised dance moves – as the ruthless Rehman Dakait, earning acclaim for his magnetic performance.
