Speaking of the project, she says, “I hope everyone knows that whatever bad is happening in their lives – big or small – will pass. Emotions are temporary, and it is important to not lose faith. I wrote this album during a very hard time in my life, and it definitely helped me find the light in the darkness. Also, I want people to know that everyone is going through something, and it is important to give yourself and the people around you grace.”
