GMMTV has announced that Thai BL pairing Winny Thanawin and Satang Kittiphop – known as WinnySatang – will be ending their partnership in a statement released on Tuesday, March 3.
Known for their natural and warm on-screen chemistry in series like My School President, We Are and That Summer, the pairing who won hearts across the globe is said to be dissolving their BL coupling to pursue their individual career goals.
An official statement from GMMTV read : “The decision was made with mutual understanding and respect, taking into account their individual career paths and future goals.”
Both Winny and Satang will be wrap up their previously announced professional schedules including the ‘Serioxyl Advanced x Winny Satang’ activity.
Fans of the pairing expressed their sadness and shock over the sudden ending of WinnySatang but also shared their excitement for whatever path the rising stars pursue in the future – whether in new pairings or stories.
