Apple TV+ is doubling down on Shrinking. The acclaimed dramedy has landed an early Season 4 renewal just days before Season 3 makes its debut. This cements the series as one of the streamer’s most reliable critical and audience favorites.
Season 3 premiered on January 28, with new episodes rolling out weekly through April 8. Jason Segel returns as Jimmy, the emotionally unraveling therapist at the center of the series. His choice to abandon professional boundaries continues to reshape lives—often chaotically, sometimes cathartically, and always with consequences.
The upcoming season picks up directly after the explosive Season 2 finale, where Jimmy saved Louis (Brett Goldstein), the man responsible for his wife’s death.
