Upcoming Mohanlal-Mammootty starrer Patriot is set to theatres on April 23, 2026.
Directed by Mahesh Narayanan – known for hits such as Malik, Take Off and Ariyippu – the film created significant buzz as it reunites the two pillars of Malayalam cinema Mohanlal and Mammooty on screen after more than a decade, having last appeared together in 2013’s Kadal Kadannoru Maathukutty.
An alluring, action-packed teaser for the film – which is backed by Anto Joseph Productions – dropped in October 2025, showcased slick fight scenes establishing the commanding presence of the veteran stars.
Featuring a star-studded ensemble cast including Nayanthara, Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Revathi and more, Patriot will have music composed by Sushin Shyam.
