Jessie J has officially cancelled the U.S. leg of her No Secrets tour and postponed her U.K. and European dates as she prepares for a second surgery following her breast cancer diagnosis. The British singer, 37, shared the news directly with fans in a candid Instagram video on Thursday, calling the decision both frustrating and necessary.

“Nothing too serious, but it has to be done before the end of the year, and unfortunately, that falls right in the middle of a tour that I had booked,” Jessie explained. “So, that is what it is, and I’m sorry. I feel frustrated and sad, but also it is what it is, and I need to be better. I need to be healed. And I know this is the right decision to make.”

The announcement comes just ten weeks after her first breast cancer surgery in June, when Jessie J revealed she had undergone a mastectomy after her early-stage diagnosis. While the cancer had not spread, complications in recovery sent her back to the hospital weeks later, though she later reassured fans her condition was stable.

The new revelation forced Jessie J to cancel all U.S. dates, with refunds automatically issued, and to push her October 2025 U.K. and European shows to April 2026. Addressing disappointed fans in America, Jessie asked for understanding: “Please bear with us. It’s something that I want to do, but when the time is right. You guys know how much I want to do all of it, but I just can’t, and I have to be realistic.”

Despite the setback, the “Domino” hitmaker emphasized that she’s staying grounded and hopeful. “I’m living and embracing the moment, flowing with the vibes,” she said. “I love you all so much, and I’m so grateful you’re on this journey with me. I’m going to go before I cry my eyes out.”

Jessie also reassured fans that her creative work hasn’t slowed entirely—teasing that “new music [is] coming” and even sharing that she’s already in discussions over her album cover design. Her latest single, “Believe in Magic”, dropped Friday (Aug. 29).

The star’s resilience has been evident throughout her recovery. Earlier this summer, after hospital tests ruled out a blood clot scare, Jessie J responded with humor, joking on Instagram: “I finally got a diagnosis of what’s been going on. Lots of people have been asking, apparently it’s called… Dramatic? I think that’s the spelling.”

Jessie J’s comeback began earlier this year with the singles “No Secrets” and “Living My Best Life”. While her tour plans are on pause, her message remains clear: her health must take priority.
