World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD) is celebrated annually on April 2 to promote and advocate for the freedom and rights of autistic individuals around the world. To mark International Transgender Day of Visibility, history-making Indian trans actress, activist and writer Negha Shahin reflects on why trans visibility matters in the current sociopolitical climate. Oviya Tharunangal at the Art Space in Kalpa Druma, Chennai was a celebration of artistic diversity, self-expression and visual storytelling rooted in vibrance and innovation.
