The track serves as the latest preview of his forthcoming album, Ripple, continuing a broader conversation about purpose, discipline and legacy.
Produced by NōKA himself, the song pairs soulful musicianship with melodic rap and an easy summer groove, but its most memorable moments arrive when the confidence gives way to self-examination. Rather than celebrating ambition as an unquestioned virtue, NōKA asks what happens when work begins to distance you from the people who gave that ambition meaning in the first place.

“Ambition can look beautiful from the outside, but there is always a cost behind the image,” NōKA said. “I want to succeed, but I don’t want to build a career that costs me the life I’m trying to create.”
