The R&B-pop soul artist drew inspiration from an unsettling dream filled with apocalyptic imagery, from earthquakes to angels calling as the world seemed to collapse around her. Rather than focusing on destruction, Etienne channels that vision into a deeply reflective song about confronting endings and discovering what remains when everything else falls away.
At the heart of “Til the End of Time” is a conversation between two people facing the possibility of loss.
