14th Thailand Social Awards

The 14th Thailand Social Awards took place today – February 25th – at True Icon Hall, ICONSIAM, Bangkok.

Organized by Wisesight (Thailand), the awards celebrated entertainment figures, brands, creators, athletes and more for their outstanding performance on social media.

Notable winners include popular actor NuNew Chawarin in the ‘Best Entertainment Figures Performance on Social Media ( Actor)’ category, with the Actress counterpart of the award going to superstars Engfa Waraha and Orm Kornnaphat.

Domundi‘s superhit BL series Khemjira was named the ‘Best Content Performance On Social Media category (Series)’, while supernatural horror film Tee Yod 3 won ‘Best Content Performance On Social Media category (Movie).’

Singer Ink Waruntorn was named the winner in the ‘Solo Female Artist division’ while GOT7 icon BamBam Kanpimook took home the price for ‘Best Solo Male Artist.’

Also in music, girl group 4EVE and boy band BUS because of you i shine were named winners in their respective categories with Cocktail winning ‘Best Music Band.’

Other notable awards included popular Thai bakery and character mascot Butterbear winning ‘Best Mascot,’ and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) known for their Amazing Thailand campaigns winning the ‘Best Brand Performance’ award.

In terms of television, winners included idol survival series CHUANG ASIA Season 2 in the ‘Variety & TV Game Show Program’ category, THE GHOST RADIO winning ‘Talk & Conversational Online Program,’ MorningNewsTV3 for ‘Best News Program,’ and NETFLIX Thailand awarded as ‘Best Streaming Platform.’

Thai actor, news anchor and television host was Num Kanchai was awarded in the ‘MC & Host’ division alongside Sorayuth Sutasna Jinda in the ‘News Reporter’ category.

Several popular creators including Mos Mudjook, Pasang Sulcata and sstella050 won in the ‘Rising Creator’ category with many other creators being awarded for their social media content spanning beauty and skincare, fashion, fitness, travel, sports, food, family, pets, finance, sustainability, education and public service, among other categories.

Awards also covered establishments and businesses taking the social media game to the next level across jewellery, personal care, home decor, hotels, healthcare, banks, real estate and more. The Thai outlets of global brands such as KFC, Pepsi, Samsung etc, also won awards for their social media presence.

With accolades given to individuals and organisations who have made put their best forward on social media, the  14th Thailand Social Awards was a night of celebration and recognition.
