The singer has announced her It’s Not That Deep North American tour, a 23-city run launching April 8, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The tour comes in support of her ninth studio album of the same name, marking her first major headlining trek in three years and a confident re-entry into the electro-pop sound that first made her a global name.

The spring run will hit major arenas including New York City’s Madison Square Garden, Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena, and Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, before closing on May 25 in Houston. Rising pop artist Adéla will join as the supporting act — a pairing Lovato herself described as “an absolute star that’s going to blow your mind.”

Demi Lovato previewed what fans can expect during her intimate One Night Only performance at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium last weekend — a neon-lit celebration of her new album’s free-spirited sound. The setlist spanned her evolution: shimmering new cuts like “Let You Go” and “Body Language” shared space with nostalgic favorites “Heart Attack,” “Neon Lights,” and “This Is Me.” For many fans, it felt like a full-circle moment — a return to what she’s affectionately calling her “PopVato” era.

“I can’t wait to get back on the road with you and dance to these songs together night after night,” Lovato wrote on Instagram, adding that this tour represents a lighter, more liberated side of her artistry. Adéla, the Czech-born newcomer who’ll open the shows, reflected on the surreal opportunity in her own post, recalling listening to Lovato’s hits as a child. “I’m still that girl, but now I’ll get to jump around on your stage,” she wrote.
