SG Lewis is stepping into a new chapter. The globally acclaimed producer, songwriter, and DJ has officially announced his third studio album Anemoia, slated for release on September 5 via his own label Forever Days, in collaboration with Positiva.
Alongside the album news, the London-born, LA-based artist has revealed a 14-date North American headline tour, kicking off the same day at Austin City Limits Festival. The tour will take Lewis across major cities this fall, marking his return to the stage with a fresh wave of solo material.

Titled after a term that captures the feeling of nostalgia for a time never personally experienced, Anemoia dives deep into SG Lewis’ emotional connection to dance music’s past. Influenced by early trance, Balearic house, and 2000s electronica, the record is said to carry both high-energy club moments and more introspective, melancholic tones.
“When I discovered the word Anemoia, it articulated a feeling I’d struggled to describe for so long — a nostalgia for times I never lived through,” Lewis shared.
“This album is rooted in the dancefloor, even its quieter moments shaped by Balearic sounds from my time in Ibiza last summer… More than anything, I want Anemoia to be a soundtrack to living in the present — to creating the kind of moments that others might one day feel nostalgic for.”

The announcement follows the release of “Back of My Mind,” which premiered as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record and signaled a more reflective tone for the artist. Having recently re-grounded himself in his London studio after years on the road, SG Lewis now returns to the forefront of his solo work — blending progressive electronic textures with vivid, personal storytelling.
With over 1.7 billion global streams and past collaborations including Dua Lipa and Elton John, Anemoia arrives as both a personal evolution and a love letter to dance music’s rich emotional history.
