Alt-pop powerhouse Isabel LaRosa is giving fans an emotional gut-punch with her new short film, Raven — a moody, cinematic journey featuring “Favorite,” “Hope It Hurts,” and “Burning” from her debut album of the same name.

Released this Friday, the Raven short film brings LaRosa’s haunting, dream-soaked world into sharp focus. Directed and written by LaRosa herself, the project stars Shameless actor Ethan Cutkosky alongside her, unfolding across three parts that dive headfirst into the cycle of infatuation, chaos, and heartbreak. From the electric pull of new love to the ash and emptiness left behind, Raven captures the lingering ghosts of relationships that refuse to stay buried.

Following the release of her debut album Raven just a week ago via Slumbo Labs/RCA Records, Isabel LaRosa is proving she’s more than just an online sensation. The album, which has quickly attracted critical praise, cements the Annapolis-born artist’s signature mix of breathy vocals and alt-pop textures, capturing a sound that’s both hypnotic and heartbreakingly raw. Every track on Raven was co-written by LaRosa, blending hypnotic hooks with raw storytelling that feels as intimate as it is addictive.

The arrival of Raven comes as LaRosa’s momentum only accelerates. She’s currently on the road with her headlining Psychopomp Tour, with stops lined up across major cities including Nashville, Boston, and Los Angeles. Fresh off her performance at Lollapalooza India, she’s gearing up for big appearances at Governors Ball and Lollapalooza this summer before heading overseas for more festival dates.

With billions of streams and a Platinum-certified hit already under her belt, Isabel LaRosa is proving she’s a force to be reckoned with. And if Raven is any sign of what’s to come, her journey is only beginning.
